Shipping Policy

Last Updated: May 2026. Outlining fulfillment timelines, dispatch tracking, and secure distribution protocols.

At Guru Vashisht Ayurveda, we manage a secure supply chain infrastructure to ensure your healthcare solutions reach you in pristine condition. This Shipping Policy details our operational frameworks regarding processing queues, delivery transit windows, and shipment protection matrices.

For tracking anomalies, address modifications, or priority fulfillment queries, kindly coordinate with our central operations desk at guruvashishtayurveda@gmail.com.

1. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Every PiloShaant Kit undergoes strict sanitization and securely sealed packaging protocols inside our authorized storage units before being released to dispatch networks:

  • Order Validation: Orders verified before 2:00 PM are cataloged for same-day or next-business-day carrier allocation.
  • Dispatch Window: Standard dispatch processing operates within 24 to 48 hours, excluding regional public holidays and Sundays.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows

We partner with premier national courier logistics providers to facilitate timely doorstep delivery across all standard service networks:

  • Metropolitan & Tier-1 Cities: Estimated delivery typically resolves within 3 to 5 operational business days post-dispatch.
  • Tier-2, Tier-3 & Rural Regions: Deliveries map to a window of 5 to 7 operational business days depending on geographic access links.

3. Consignment Tracking

Upon package handover to third-party delivery nodes, a tracking credential array containing an explicit tracking link is dispatched to your registered mobile number or email coordinate. Customers are advised to monitor transit updates actively to facilitate successful secure hand-offs at the destination.

4. Delivery Failures & Address Re-routing

If a delivery cannot be executed due to inaccurate address metrics, restricted premises, or repeated customer unavailability, the courier partner will flag the consignment for Return to Origin (RTO). In such scenarios, any subsequent re-dispatch configurations will incur additional handling or freight logistics fees borne by the buyer.
